Powerball is one of America's most popular lottery games, offering multi-million dollar jackpots. Drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 PM Eastern Time.
Ticket Cost
Base game tickets cost $2 per play. Adding Power Play® multiplier costs an additional $1 per play.
How to Choose Numbers
Step 1: Select White Ball Numbers
Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 69 for the white balls.
Step 2: Select Powerball Number
Choose 1 number from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball.
Quick Pick Option
Let the computer randomly select your numbers by asking for a Quick Pick.
Power Play® Option
For an additional $1 per play, add Power Play to multiply non-jackpot prizes:
- Multiply winnings by 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X or 10X
- 10X multiplier only available for jackpots under $150 million
- Second prize with Power Play is always $2 million
